  I was very surprised that I couldn't order food/snacks from the online booking line as there was no one there and I already got my tickets early that evening. But the girl refused to serve me anything because I didn't "Book" online. I understand that i didn't. But all I wanted to do was get the boys settled in their seats and for I to quickly run out to grab them snacks. We were here for my son birthday.
  Never have this happened to me in any cinema i have been to!!
  Won't be coming here again!!! Very disappointed with the services indeed.
