  Lads there are absolute legends!! I am having a fishing rod custom built for my partner, and I think she will LOVE it. Photos will be put up once complete. This unit is a 13 ft beach rod, have two of now and they matched to great Daiwa reels, so impressed with the time these boys took to make sure I had the right outfit and the right outcome for my needs.

  I am so glad I started my lure fishing journey at Charltons. These guys are very knowledgeable in all aspects of fishing. The range of gear in store is very diverse. Quality ranges from the beginner gear right up to the hardcore lure angler. After sales service is always good and they will give the loyal shopper a small discount. I can highly recommend these guys for all your fishing needs. Oh did I mention the staff are always very friendly.

  Positive - helpful advice. Advantage of brick and mortar made a recent product warranty issue easier to resolve than buying online. Good range of tackle.
  Negative - pricing is never special. Were much friendlier at point of sale than dealing with problems. I would expect a tackle shop to know the right amount of braid to load onto a spool. Apparently not at this store.
